What we collect. Your email address and account credentials (handled by Supabase), your subscription and payment status (handled by Stripe; we never see your card number), your credit balance and generation history metadata (model, cost, timestamps), and basic download counts.

What we do not collect. Your boards, canvases, and generated files live on your own computer. We do not store copies of your media. Prompts and reference files pass through our generation pipeline to the model providers and are not retained by us beyond what is needed to deliver the result.

Third parties. Generation requests are processed by fal.ai and the model providers behind it, under their privacy terms. Payments are processed by Stripe. Authentication is provided by Supabase.

Emails. We send transactional email about your account and, occasionally, product updates. Unsubscribe anytime.

Your rights. Email hello@cintrova.com to access or delete your account data.
